Account & Registration

Visit the JeetBaaz Register page. The form has three short steps: your personal details (name, date of birth, province), your contact details and password, then agreement to our Terms. After submitting, you will receive a verification SMS on your Pakistani mobile number. Enter the code to activate your account immediately. The whole process typically takes under 2 minutes and is completely free.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use JeetBaaz. This is a firm requirement and we enforce it during registration by verifying your date of birth. If we have reason to believe a member is underage, the account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification. Protecting young people is a core part of our responsible gaming commitment.

No. JeetBaaz operates a strict one account per person policy. Duplicate accounts are a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being suspended with balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the Forgot Password feature instead of creating a new account. Our support team can also help verify your identity and restore access.

Basic registration only requires your name, date of birth and a Pakistani mobile number. Full KYC verification may be required before you can withdraw larger amounts. For this you will typically need a clear copy or photo of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back. In some cases, proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Having your CNIC ready speeds the process significantly.

For security reasons, changes to core account details like your registered mobile number require identity verification and cannot be done via self-service. Log in to your account, then contact our support team at support@jeetbaaz.im requesting the change. You will need to verify your identity with your CNIC. Most updates are processed within one working day.

If you want to close your account for any reason, contact support@jeetbaaz.im. We will confirm your identity, process any remaining balance to your payment method and close the account. If you are closing the account due to a gambling concern, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool first — it is faster and ensures you cannot easily reopen the account during a vulnerable period.

Deposits & Payments

JeetBaaz supports all the major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — no currency conversion, no exchange rate surprises. The same methods are available for withdrawals.

The minimum deposit on JeetBaaz is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa and JazzCash. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members, though larger transactions via bank transfer (IBFT) may require standard bank processing times of up to one working day.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically reflect in your JeetBaaz balance within 1–5 minutes. In rare cases of network congestion, it may take up to 15 minutes. If your balance has not updated after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation from the mobile wallet app and send it to support@jeetbaaz.im — our team will investigate and credit your account manually if the payment has been confirmed.

JeetBaaz does not charge any fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges depending on your account type and mobile tariff plan. Check your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank's terms for their fee schedule — JeetBaaz has no control over third-party payment provider charges.

First, wait up to 30 minutes — some transactions experience temporary processing delays. If your balance still has not updated, do not make another payment. Instead, contact support@jeetbaaz.im with your registered mobile number, the transaction amount, date and time, and a screenshot of your payment confirmation. Our team will reconcile the transaction and credit your account, usually within a few hours.

Withdrawals

Log in to your JeetBaaz account and go to the Cashier or Wallet section. Select "Withdraw", enter the amount, choose your payment method (the same method you deposited with) and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 30–60 minutes in most cases. IBFT bank transfers typically clear within one working day.

The minimum withdrawal on JeetBaaz is Rs 500. The maximum withdrawal per transaction may vary depending on the payment method. For higher withdrawal amounts, you will need to have completed KYC verification (CNIC upload). JeetBaaz does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

Common reasons for a withdrawal delay include: incomplete KYC verification (CNIC not submitted), active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, or a security review triggered by unusual account activity. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact support@jeetbaaz.im with your withdrawal reference number. Our team will explain the specific reason and what steps are needed to complete it.

JeetBaaz's standard policy requires withdrawals to be made to the same payment method used for deposits. This is an anti-money laundering requirement, not a restriction on your money. If your original payment method is no longer available — for example, if you no longer use that particular mobile number — contact support@jeetbaaz.im. Additional identity verification will be required before we can process a withdrawal to a different method.

Bonuses & Promotions

New JeetBaaz members receive a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 10,000 on their first qualifying deposit. For example, deposit Rs 5,000 and play with Rs 10,000. The minimum deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is Rs 500. The bonus is credited automatically within 24 hours of your first deposit — no code required. A 20x wagering requirement applies before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

A 20x wagering requirement means you need to wager (bet) the bonus amount 20 times before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you need to place bets totalling Rs 20,000 (Rs 1,000 × 20) to clear the wagering requirement. Your wagering progress is visible in the Bonuses section of your account dashboard. Different game types may contribute differently — sports bets typically contribute 100% while some casino games contribute less.

The welcome bonus is credited within 24 hours of a qualifying first deposit. If it has not appeared after 24 hours, first check that your deposit met the Rs 500 minimum and that you did not have an existing active account (the bonus is for new members only). If you are confident your deposit qualifies and the bonus has still not been credited, email support@jeetbaaz.im with your registered mobile number and deposit reference. Our team will investigate and apply the bonus if your deposit qualifies.

Yes. JeetBaaz regularly runs promotions for existing members including reload bonuses on repeat deposits, free bet offers tied to major cricket matches and PSL fixtures, cashback on net losses during promotional periods and referral bonuses for introducing friends. Promotions are announced via SMS and within your account dashboard. Make sure you have opted into marketing communications during registration or via your account settings to receive notifications.

No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met. However, your real-money balance (the amount you actually deposited) is separate from your bonus balance and is generally withdrawable at any time subject to standard verification requirements. If you choose to withdraw your real-money balance before completing bonus wagering, any uncompleted bonus funds will be forfeited. This is standard practice across all legitimate betting platforms.

Sports Betting & Cricket

JeetBaaz covers all major cricket competitions including PSL (Pakistan Super League), ICC events (T20 World Cup, ODI World Cup, Champions Trophy), bilateral Test series, T20I and ODI matches involving Pakistan, India, Australia, England and all top-ranked teams. In-play betting is available on live matches with ball-by-ball market updates.

In-play (or live) betting means you can place bets on a match while it is actively being played. On JeetBaaz, cricket in-play markets include match winner, next wicket, runs in next over, top batsman and many more. Odds shift dynamically with the match situation — a wicket will change prices significantly within seconds. In-play bets are subject to acceptance delays while odds update, which is normal and prevents exploitation of delayed data feeds.

The minimum bet on JeetBaaz sports markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market type, match significance and odds. High-value markets like PSL match winners during peak events may have higher maximum limits. If you encounter a maximum stake restriction on a specific bet, our support team can sometimes review limits for verified members with a betting history on the platform.

Yes. JeetBaaz has a dedicated Esports Betting section covering titles that are popular with Pakistani gamers including PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Valorant and CS2. You can bet on tournament match winners, map scores, first blood and other match-specific markets. Esports betting at JeetBaaz is available in PKR with the same deposit methods as sports betting.

Casino, Crash Games & Ludo

Yes. All JeetBaaz online casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software from established game providers. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for all casino titles. Live casino games use real dealers and physical cards or wheels — there is no digital simulation in live casino. If you cash out at 3x, your stake is multiplied by 3. If the multiplier "crashes" before you cash out, you lose your stake. You can set an auto cash-out target in advance if you prefer a hands-off approach. Rounds typically last between a few seconds and a couple of minutes.

Yes. JeetBaaz Ludo is played against real members in one-on-one and multiplayer rooms with real PKR stakes. You choose your room entry fee (from Rs 50 for beginner rooms up to higher-stake tournaments) and play the classic Ludo game you already know. It is skill-based entertainment — no RNG determines your dice rolls in the traditional sense, making it one of the most transparent formats on the platform.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to your JeetBaaz account, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and select Deposit Limits. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period — this is a deliberate safety feature. Full details are on our Responsible Gaming page.

Self-exclusion is available directly from your Account Settings under Responsible Gaming. Choose a period from 6 months up to permanent exclusion. You can also request self-exclusion by emailing support@jeetbaaz.im with "Self-Exclusion Request" in the subject line — processed within 24 hours, no questions asked. During exclusion, your account is closed, marketing is suppressed and your remaining balance is returned to your payment method.

A cool-off period is a short temporary break — 24 hours to 30 days — where your account is deactivated but not permanently closed. At the end of the period, your account automatically reactivates. Self-exclusion is more serious — it closes your account for a minimum of 6 months and JeetBaaz will actively refuse any attempt to reopen it during the exclusion period. Use a cool-off if you need a short reset; use self-exclusion if you need a genuine break from gambling.

Yes. JeetBaaz takes third-party concerns seriously. If you are concerned about a family member's JeetBaaz usage, contact support@jeetbaaz.im with as much information as you can provide about the account in question. We will investigate and can apply account restrictions where we find evidence of problematic usage. All such communications are handled with complete confidentiality and sensitivity.
